Switch Base Ltd offer recruitment services in the following sectors: Environmental, Recycling, Engineering, Construction, Waste Management, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
Switch Base Ltd was formed in February 2016 by our Managing Director, Michelle.
Prior to Switch Base, Michelle worked as a Recruitment Director for over 3 years within the waste management, engineering and construction sectors.
Personal Statement from Michelle
“I began my career working closely with other Managing Director’s as a Personal Assistant for 9 years, gaining an in depth understanding of how successful businesses operate. I then moved into Human Resources for a further 3 years and can fathom what particular client’s are looking for as I have been on the other side of the desk dealing with recruiters and head-hunters myself. With this experience, customer and candidate satisfaction is always at the forefront of my mind and delivering only the best”.
